You may cancel your account for any service related reason or performance issue within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund minus any setup fees, bandwidth usage, shipping, handling and any incurred fees. Services including "free domain names" will have the cost of each domain deducted prior to refund.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional services including but not limited to domain name registration, domain name pointing, additional e-mail accounts, additional disk space, or additional data transfer.

Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of initiatil signup. All cancellation requests must be submitted via 8i Networks cancellation system (http://cancel.8inet.net). 8i Networks Inc. will send you confirmation once we receive your cancellation request. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

Accounts that are cancelled, deactivated due to violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds and subject to additional chaarges and/or fines.
